Directions of Use

Please read the entire directions before consuming and follow the tolerance protocol. Due To the potency of this formula, start off by assessing your tolerance first by mixing 1 serving (1 scoop) with 4 to 12 oz. Of cold water and downing it about 30 minutes before your daily workout. Then increase the dosage To 2 and then 3 servings mixed with 8to 12 oz. Cold water before your daily workout. Do not exceed 3 servings (3 scoops) in a 24-hour period.

Do not exceed recommended dosage. Not intended for use by person’s under18. For use by healthy individuals only. Do not use if pregnant or nursing. Do not use if you have had a myocardial infarction (heart attack). Inhalation may amplify the inflammatory airway response in people with asthma.
