Boa creatina, dissolve muito bem por ser micronizada, é monohidrato de creatina que é o melhor tipo de creatina que existe, notei melhoria tanto em força no treino como em qualidade muscular e principalmente é mais barata que as outras sendo de uma marca de qualidade.

Infelizmente sou um non-responder à creatina. Não noto grandes efeitos, seja com que marca for. O único efeito que noto é a boca mais seca. Mas pelo que li, a pessoas que respondem bem à creatina, esta tem uma qualidade bastante boa e o preço é bastante bom

Unfortunately I am a non-responder to creatine. Not notice great effects, either with that tag is. The only effect that I notice is the driest mouth. But from what I read, the people who respond well to creatine, this has a very good quality and the price is pretty good
